Frank Celentano is a co-founder of Precision Health Optimization, driven by his passion for creating a comfortable and non-judgmental space where clients can openly discuss issues that impact their quality of life, such as aging, incontinence, and erectile dysfunction. Frank’s mission is to ensure clients know they have a caring clinic that can provide precise plans to improve their lives.

Frank’s educational background is in business and communication, with extensive experience in property management, luxury hotel management, and a 16-year career as a store manager for Tiffany & Co., working at various locations in California, Hawaii, and Vancouver. His qualifications include years of hands-on experience in client development, guest experience, event planning, retail operations, and strategy.

Frank loves connecting with mentors and colleagues and has a natural talent for encouraging and coaching friends and family members in their professional improvement, constantly leveraging his network to benefit their lives.

Growing up in Northern California, Frank developed a strong connection to its diverse landscapes, spending much of his free time camping and hiking in the Sierra Nevadas and engaging in seascape photography around Monterey Bay. In 2008, Frank donated his kidney to his best friend, an experience that deepened his appreciation for the compassion and power of those in the medical field. He continues to work with UCSF, providing potential live kidney donors with honest and firsthand experiences to help them make informed decisions.

At Precision Health Optimization, Frank focuses on being a catalyst for improving clients’ quality of life through preventative care and groundbreaking technologies for enhancing the critical yet often overlooked pelvic floor.
